The Work Package Definition allows the Business Analyst to document their level of understanding of the problem space and gain agreement to this before work commences. It helps to structure thinking and plan resources required to complete the work.

Use this template when asked to complete a piece of work. It can be used for discrete deliverables or for the end-to-end analysis within a project.

The test script is a low level sequence of steps to test each scenario. This can be written at a high-level (i.e. login and add Customer Address) or a low level (i.e. add user name and password, click ok. Navigate to Customer > Maintenance > Contact)

If the system holds any complexity and tests will need to be repeated it is a good idea to write test scripts. If multiple users will be running the scripts you are more likely to require a lower level of detail.
